yāre yaiche nācāya, se taiche kare nṛtya

— unto whom;

— as;

— He causes to dance;

— in that way;
kare
nṛtya
— dances.
Translation:
Lord Kṛṣṇa alone is the supreme controller, and all others are His servants. They dance as He makes them do so.
