sei puruṣera saṅkarṣaṇa samāśraya

puruṣera
— of that Supreme Personality of Godhead;
saṅkarṣaṇa
— Saṅkarṣaṇa;
samāśraya
— the original shelter.
Translation:
Saṅkarṣaṇa is the original shelter of the puruṣa, from whom this world is created and in whom it is dissolved.
