choṭa-putre dekhi’ prabhu nāma puchilā
‘paramānanda-dāsa’-nāma sena jānāilā

Translation: 
Lord Caitanya asked the youngest son’s name, and Śivānanda Sena informed the Lord that his name was Paramānanda dāsa.
