yogya hañā keha karite nā pāya pāna
tathāpi se nirlajja, vṛthā dhare prāṇa

— drinking;
tathāpi
— still;

— that person;
nirlajja
— shameless;
vṛthā
— uselessly;

Translation:
“When a person competent to drink that nectar does not do so, that shameless person continues his life uselessly.
