ataeva yāhāṅ yāhāṅ dei adhikāra
khāya, piye, luṭe, vilāya, nā karoṅ vicāra
Word for word: 
ataeva — therefore; yāhāṅ yāhāṅ — wherever; dei adhikāra — I appoint them; khāya — they eat; piye — drink; luṭe — plunder; vilāya — distribute; karoṅ vicāra — I do not consider.
Translation: 
“ ‘Therefore I have appointed them collectors in various places, and although they spend the government’s money, eat, drink, plunder and distribute it as they like, I do not take them very seriously.
