vasite āsana dila kari’ namaskāre
mahāprabhura vārtā tabe puchila tāṅhāre
Word for word: 
vasite — to sit; āsana — sitting place; dila — offered; kari’ — doing; namaskāre — obeisances; mahāprabhura — of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; vārtā — news; tabe — at that time; puchila — inquired; tāṅhāre — from him.
Translation: 
When Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya met with the King, the King offered him a seat with all respects and inquired about news of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu.
