jalabhare — they were drawing water; gharadhoya — washing the rooms; karehari-dhvani — chanting the holy name of Hari; kṛṣṇa — Lord Kṛṣṇa; hari — the holy name of Hari; dhvani — vibration; vinā — except; āra — anything else; nāhi — there was not; śuni — hearing.
Translation:
Some people were filling the pots, and others were washing the rooms, but everyone was engaged in chanting the holy name of Kṛṣṇa and Hari.
