dhairya hañā uḍiyāke kahe namaskari’
‘tomā-sthāne pāṭhāilā mleccha adhikārī

— becoming calm;

— to the representative of the Orissan government;

— says;

— offering respect;
tomā

— to your place;

— has sent;

— the Muslim;

— governor.
Translation:
After calming down, the Muslim secretary offered his respects and informed the representative of the Orissan government, “The Muslim governor has sent me here.
