hena-kāle mahāprabhu pañca-nade snāna kari’
dekhite caliyāchena ‘bindu-mādhava hari’
Word for word: 
hena-kāle — at this time; mahāprabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; pañca-nade snāna kari’ — taking His bath in the Ganges, called the Pañca-nada; dekhite caliyāchena — was going to see; bindu-mādhava hari — the Deity known as Lord Bindu Mādhava.
Translation: 
When the Maharashtriyan brāhmaṇa went to see Caitanya Mahāprabhu, the Lord was going to the temple of Bindu Mādhava after bathing in the waters of the Pañca-nada.
