ṛṣes tu vedaśirasas
 tuṣitā nāma patny abhūt
tasyāṁ jajñe tato devo
 vibhur ity abhiviśrutaḥ

Translation: 
Vedaśirā was a very celebrated ṛṣi. From the womb of his wife, whose name was Tuṣitā, came the avatāra named Vibhu.
